Soft60 Daily is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Soft60 Daily application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information

Name, email address, profile photo

Authentication data

OAuth tokens via Manus/Google login

Payment information

Processed by Stripe; we store only your Stripe Customer ID, never your full card number

User content

Posts to The Collective, abundance entries, reflection notes you choose to share

Usage data

Features accessed, session duration, and interaction patterns (anonymized)

Device information

Device type, operating system, and browser type

Your daily progress, 6 Laws completions, Abundance Bank entries, and transformation photos are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly share them.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate the App, process subscription payments, send push notifications (with your permission), respond to support requests, improve the App through anonymized analytics, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited information with trusted service providers: Stripe for payment processing, Manus for authentication, and our analytics provider for anonymized usage data. Each provider is contractually required to protect your data.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). Email [email protected] with subject "CCPA Request."

European users (GDPR): You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email [email protected] with subject "GDPR Request." You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where required by law (financial records are retained for 7 years).

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS/HTTPS encryption for data in transit. Payment information is processed entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately at [email protected].

9. Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications for daily reminders and weekly wins. You can manage notification preferences in Profile → Notification Times or through your device settings at any time.

10. User-Generated Content and Moderation

The Collective is a community space where users may post text content. To maintain a safe and supportive environment, Soft60 operates a content moderation system. Any user may report a post as inappropriate, spam, or harassment using the in-app report feature. You may also block another user to prevent their content from appearing in your feed. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team and may be removed if it violates our community standards. We retain the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates our Terms of Service. Report and block records are stored in our database solely for the purpose of enforcing these standards and are not shared with third parties.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
