1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Soft60 Daily application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Soft60 Daily.
2. Description of Service
Soft60 Daily is a wellness application providing a 60-day nervous system regulation and personal development program. The App includes daily transmissions, the 6 Laws tracking system, an Abundance Bank, breathwork exercises, guided meditations, community features, and Frequency Drops.
Important, Not Medical Advice. The content provided through Soft60 Daily is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. Abundance Bank Disclaimer
The Abundance Bank feature within Soft60 Daily is a mindset tracking and gratitude reflection tool only. Dollar amounts you log in the Abundance Bank represent personal records of financial events, abundance mindset exercises, or gratitude entries for your own reflection and motivation purposes.
The Abundance Bank does not constitute a real bank account, financial account, investment account, or any financial instrument of any kind. Amounts displayed do not represent actual money held, managed, or accessible through this App. Soft60 Daily is not a financial institution, financial advisor, or investment service. Nothing in this App constitutes financial advice.
Not Financial Advice. The Abundance Bank is a personal development and mindset tool. Dollar figures are user-entered for motivational tracking only. Always consult a qualified financial professional for financial decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Soft60 Daily offers Monthly and Annual subscription plans. New subscribers may receive a free trial period. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period for which you have already paid. No refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods.
7. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused features, or dissatisfaction with the App. Refund exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for billing errors or charges made after documented cancellation. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
Chargebacks. We strongly encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and may be considered a breach of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including daily transmissions, meditations, the 6 Laws framework, and the Soft60 Method, is the property of Soft60 Daily or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any App content without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS FROM USING THE SOFT60 PROGRAM VARY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
